From more than 20 years ago, Innoenvas, leaders in packaging
machinery and coffe process machinery manufacturing, dedicated our efforts
in innovation, to offer our clients the most advanced solutions. That innovation
is the fruit of I+D department work: its members have a wide experience
in the sector, even before the foundation of Innoenvas,
and work wiht only one objective: develop better machinery for our clients. |

Our leadership in the Spanish market, throughout the years, has taken
to us from year 1,996 to work also for the outer market, having made projects
for clients in all the continents. From this new situation, our staff has established protocols and procedures
so that in the countries where we have machinery installed, a technical
service and spare parts should be available to make agile the response
to a client request, diminished therefore the times of resolution of incidences.

Our clients are the most important, and conscious of it, continuously
we improved the service of technical attendance, so that the service received
covers the necessities. In that way we tried to incorporate the new technologies
to facilitate so much the communication with our clients, like the connectivity
with the automatic machines, offering therefore an answer to the client
with very short response times. |
