In the industries of coffee processing Innoenvas adapts
the project to the necessities of the client: from very simple applications
to applications with most sophisticated and complete automatization of all
the processes using the last technologies. |

In facilities with integral automated control, the operator of the installation
can supervise the state of all the systems that compose the installation
of production by means of a located computer system in a central position
of control. |
|
|

Thanks to the automated control, in case of taking place a failure in
the machinery or some event that affects the correct operation of the installation,
the computer system generates a warning alarm to the operator. This one
is registered in a incidence system report. |
|
|

That report is filed automatically and allowed to do evaluations of the
state of the installation and the efficiency of the maintenance of the same
one. |
|

The control system allows to make a management exhaustive of the quality
of coffee roasts since it provides roast graphs of temperature-time of the
different ones, which can be printed and be filed for its later analysis. |
|
|

Also information of decreases control are generated, in which the decreases
are indicated and the times of roasts obtained in each roast, being these
data very valuable to analyze and to control the quality of the raw material
and the processing made in the installation. |
|
|

The computer system also generates information of coffee existences in
the different states along the process. |
|
|
| |

| |
Based on the availability of the new communications technologies, it is
possible to remotely update, to extend and to modify the computer system
from Innoenvas office, and it allows to analyze the operation
of the installation and to attend in a fast and effective way in case of
failure in the installation. |
